He was only eight years old 

but he knew that

he had to tell someone soon,

because when he went outside

             mean-spirited boy

             who would bully him 

             relentlessly.

    • I wish we could get through to children to ‘tell’ … our son was bullied about that age and took it for awhile and finally we noticed he was always late coming home….and ‘knew’ something was wrong..Diane

  2. This will be hard for any child to bear. We need people that love, and care. Not bully s and mean spirited someone. Bully is hard on adult how much more of a little boy.
